Delete Your Hercules - Gym Tracker Account

We understand that you may want to delete your Hercules account and all associated data. This page explains how to request account deletion and what data will be removed from our systems.

How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion by emailing support@hercules-gym.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Please include your registered email address in the body of the request. Alternatively, you can delete your account directly from within the Hercules app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

What Gets Deleted

Upon confirmed deletion, the following data will be permanently removed: (a) Account credentials (email and password); (b) Profile information; (c) Chat history and AI-generated content; (d) Any app preferences or settings. This deletion is irreversible and cannot be undone.

What Gets Retained

To comply with legal and billing obligations, transaction records and purchase history may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion. After this period, all remaining data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted. During this processing period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.
